It keeps showing "retrieving" when I pressed on traffic offences. Normally it will take a few minutes after but now it just doesn't update me. May I know how to resolve this issue?

Hi Izzudin, thank you for your feedback. I regret to inform that our system is currently unable to fetch fines due to a system maintenance. Alternatively, you may enquire fines through AXS here: https://www.axs.com.sg/axsEstation.php or through LTA here: https://vrl.lta.gov.sg/lta/vrl/action/pubfunc?ID=EnquireOffence. We seek your kind patience and understanding on this matter.
