The previous owner of my vehicle retained his old plate number. I got a new plate from LTA, but when I tried to buy HDB season parking online, I was told that the IU is linked to another vehicle, so I am unable to process the transaction. What should I do?

Hi Derek, thank you for your question. As your new vehicle plate number was assigned by LTA, you have to refer from LTA directly as to why the IU is still linked to another vehicle number. You may contact their hotline number at 1800 2255 582.
