I was turning on a junction where the red light camera is. It was green when I crossed the white line. It turned yellow when I was in the middle of the road. And it turn red when I was about to exit the junction. I was driving slowly at that point of time. The opposite traffic was turning the same as I was turning on that point. So impossible to get captured by red light camera. I don't have a dashcam so I don't know how to prove it. Only if i were to receive letter . Please advice.
