I have decided not to proceed with the sale of my vehicle after signing the dealer’s purchase agreement. Can i still break the contract if i return the deposit?
Yes you can break the contract, but you are subjected for any liability on the terms and condition stated in the agreement you have signed. Usual practice will be a penalty of 2 times the deposit paid.
