Vehicle owner of a commercial vehicle can submit an application for a "Change of Vehicle Particulars" for the removal of accessories such as a tool box or spare tyre at any of the LTA-authorised inspection centres (i.e. VICOM Sin Ming, STA Sin Ming, STA Boon Lay, or JIC Pioneer Road) where weighing services are available. An application and inspection fee is payable to the inspection centre for the service.
