5 days ago, my friend borrowed my car and drove on high speed of 85kph in Upper Thomson that has a 70kph speed limit and the speed camera flashed. How long will it take for the summon to arrive? My friend cannot accept his mistake and saying that the demerit points should be given to me.

As the vehicle owner, you have to provide the name of the person who drove your car to the officer in charge, the officer will write a ticket directed at the driver—not the vehicle itself. This means your friend has to pay the ticket and any applicable points would be on their license.
