Hi, if I have expiry NETS cards, how should I redeem the values stored in that card? What are the procedure for cards that has expired more then 2 years?

Hi Chan Heng Lim, thank you for your question. Customers can get an immediate refund at any POSB, DBS Bank, OCBC Bank and UOB ATM in Singapore for up to two years from card expiry.
However, in your case, you may contact NETS Customer Service Hotline at 6274 1212 to check if refund will still be honored if card has already been expired for more than 2 years.
