asked about Buy Car

I’m buying a second hand car (2018 registration, mileage 50k). The STA report says B but vehicle panel has been repaired and brakes show sign of worn. Does that mean that the car was involved in an accident? Car dealer says if the car were involved in an accident, the STA report will spell it out. Hence, he insisted that there was no accident. Should I still buy the car?

Hi Esther! Vehicle inspection results will definitely state if the vehicle was involved into an accident. However, if you are having 2nd thoughts of purchasing the vehicle, our advise is you may head to any of your trusted workshops to do another pre-purchase inspection in order to acquire 2nd opinion.
