Hi Poon Ming Keow, thank you for leaving a question. To change vrn, you can log in with your SingPass to: https://onemotoring.lta.gov.sg/content/onemotoring/home.html and go to Digital Services > Manage Registered Vehicle Numbers to use your bid VRN to replace the number on your existing vehicle.
