I am quite not sure why. However it shows that the road tax of your vehicle registered in the Motorist app is still good until October 2022. You can renew your road tax 3 months before it expires. You can check your expiry date through here: https://vrl.lta.gov.sg/lta/vrl/action/pubfunc2?ID=EnquireRoadTaxExpDtProxy
