Simply go to onemotoring https://onemotoring.lta.gov.sg/content/onemotoring/home.html and deregister the vehicle.

For striping of parts, you will need to do it with an authorized scrap yard because LTA will only disburse your scrap value to you with a submission of a disposal document from an approved scrapyard

However, it a very rare request.

More consumers will engage a dealer, to take over the car and their behalf and negotiate to remove the car parts.
