Hi Celian Wee! For Off peak car, you cannot drive your vehicle from 7am to 3pm on the eve. You may refer through this link for more details: https://onemotoring.lta.gov.sg/content/onemotoring/home/driving/OPC.html to know the driving time restrictions for OPC car.
