Is it possible too know on which location I committed the traffic offence and why is the offence not reflecting on the AXS machine?

Hi Siti Marlieyanna! It will take on average of 2 weeks for the offence to reach you, alternatively, you can enquire about any outstanding offence here https://vrl.lta.gov.sg/lta/vrl/action/pubfunc? And usually it will take 3 working days for the AXS mobile app to update.
