Effective from 16 February 2021, duties for premium petrol (98 Octane and above) will be raised by 15 cents per litre to 79 cents per litre, whereas intermediate petrol will see a rise of 10 cents per litre to 66 cents per litre.

However, vehicles will also enjoy road tax rebates for a year, from 1 August 2021 till 31 July 2022.
