Documents required include, the sales agreement, M01, transaction pin, ACRA for latest 3 months, a signed authorisation form (if there is outstanding finance) and the IC or employment pass of the owners (or directors or partners) whose names are registered under ACRA or the IC of the manager with an authorisation letter from his partners or directors.
