Hi Victor just an update. As of 20 April 2020, a call to HDB verified that you can indeed wash your car at designated HDB washing bay. However, you MUST ensure that you follow the necessary safe distancing measure. For instance, being alone while you wash your car, wearing a mask, being the only vehicle in the washing bay and ensuring that you do not spend more time than you need to. Hope this helps. Thanks!
