Where drivers can park to watch NDP 2026 fireworks there and then

Singapore's National Day Parade (NDP) 2026 means that spectacular fireworks will light up the night sky once again.
This time however, the fireworks will not be illuminating the Marina Bay skyline. For the first time in 10 years, the parade will be held in the National Stadium, with the lightshow set to go off over Kallang. The final preview/rehearsal will take place on 2026 August 1, with the actual parade on August 9, of course.
Most drivers likely did not get tickets to the show, but they can still enjoy the fireworks display in the comfort of their cars, or at least near enough. Here are some good parking spots where drivers can catch a nice glimpse of the NDP 2026 fireworks.
1. Golden Mile Tower carpark level 5

The top-deck carpark at Golden Mile Tower provides a surprisingly good view of the city. You can often see people at the open area of level 5 taking in the sights. You will be able to see the stadium clearly from here, and enjoy an unrestricted view of the fireworks blazing the Singapore sky.
Do note that the particular open area on level 5 of Golden Mile Tower where you can get a good view of the stadium and fireworks is not for vehicles. Be considerate to other people and park your car at one of the nearby parking lots instead.
2. Marina South Pier carpark

Marina South Pier’s carpark sits near the coast, providing the opportunity to watch the fireworks from a distance while enjoying the relaxing coastal vibes.
While you will not get a close-up view of the low pyrotechnics, you get a sweeping, unobstructed view of the high-altitude bursts over the city skyline with almost zero traffic gridlock afterwards. If you hate being stuck in traffic, this might be the option for you.
3. Block 14A Kampong Arang Road multi-storey carpark

This HDB carpark is tucked right inside the Kampong Arang residential enclave, just off Tanjong Rhu Road. It looks out across the Geylang River corridor and towards the Kallang Basin / National Stadium skyline. There are a few structures in front of the carpark, but you will get clear views of high-altitude NDP fireworks.
4. Pico Creative Centre carpark

This carpark has plenty of parking lots, and apart from some trees, you have an unrestricted view of the sky to see the fireworks. Try to park on the side of the carpark just in front of the entrance gantry, so you can look in the direction of National Stadium on National Day (August 9 plus the August 1 preview).
5. Kampong Bugis Road

This is a two-lane road that leads to Kallang Riverside condominium, with kerbside street parking. It is a popular destination to watch the NDP fireworks, so you can expect to find many other drivers with the same reason for parking there.
Regardless of where you choose to park and enjoy the show, take note of road closures that may affect your route, and arrive earlier to beat the traffic and reserve the best spot to view the fireworks. Please refrain from double-parking illegally, which will inconvenience the condo residents of Kallang Riverside.
