Motorist is honoured to be a supporting partner for the Anti-Drink Drive Campaign 2025 launched by the Traffic Police.

Motorist is proud to partner the Traffic Police for the launch of the Anti-Drink Drive Campaign 2025 on 21 November 2025.

The campaign was graced by Ms Sim Ann, Senior Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Home Affairs (pictured below), and launched at Clarke Quay Fountain Square, where many Singaporeans come to drink and party with others during the night.

This year's campaign message focuses on personal responsibility, using a mirror visual to show that our choices affect the people who care about us most.

The location of the event launch at Clarke Quay was an intentional decision. "It is fitting that we launch the Anti-Drink Drive campaign here, because this is where our message needs to resonate most deeply. Some people may choose to have a drink or two, or perhaps more, but our message remains clear: we must be responsible and not drink and drive. Drinking and driving can never go together," said Ms Sim Ann during her speech.

The campaign stresses that drink driving remains a serious and preventable cause of harm. Recent figures show fewer drink-driving accidents and fatalities, but arrests have increased.

Examples of real court cases serve as a reminder for motorists that consequences for drink driving stretch beyond monetary fines and jail time; a single poor decision can permanently change someone else's life - or end it.

The campaign launch also placed strong emphasis on partnership. Traffic Police partnered with nightlife operators, community groups and digital mobility platforms such as Motorist. As part of the partnership, campaign materials about anti-drink driving will be distributed throughout venues within Clarke Quay.

Motorist is also offering three months of complimentary Motorist Premium Membership. One of its perks - a $5 drive-home valet discount - supports the campaign's call of choosing not to drive after drinking.

We are grateful to partner with the Traffic Police at the Anti-Drink Drive Campaign 2025, and we look forward to continuing our support for initiatives that promote safe, alcohol-free driving and protect all motorists.
