With LTA's latest review on Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) rates, selected gantries along the AYE, PIE and CTE have their prices increased by $1.

Based on LTA’s monitoring of traffic conditions in August 2022, traffic has built up at various stretches of expressways. To manage congestion at these locations, ERP rates will be adjusted by $1.00 with effect from 19 September 2022 at the following 5 locations during the 5 specified time periods.

From 8.30am to 9am, at AYE before Alexandra towards the City, rates will be increased to $1, up from the current $0.

From 5.30pm to 6pm, at AYE after Jurong Town Hall Road towards the City (set of three gantries), the rates will be increased to $3, up from the current $2.

From 8.30am to 9am, at Southbound CTE after Braddell Road & PIE Slip Road into Southbound CTE (set of four gantries), the rates will be increased to $4, up from the current $3.

From 8.30am to 9am, at PIE (Kallang Bahru & Slip road into Bendemeer) - set of 2 Gantries, rates will be increased to $1, up from the current $0.

From 7.30pm to 8pm, at Northbound CTE after PIE (Set of 2 Gantries), rates will be increased to $1, up from the current $0.

Rates for the other previously announced timeslots/gantries remain unchanged. With these adjustments, the number of locations and timeslots charged is still significantly lower than the number charged pre-COVID. LTA will continue to monitor traffic speeds and congestion levels closely and assess if ERP rates need to be further adjusted.
