Jasmine was not disgruntled when I informed her that I had to keep the car for another month after the first quotation. Instead, she followed up a month later to ask if I needed another quotation. She managed to get a dealer in the nick of time one day before my road tax lapsed. I was spared the servicing, inspection and application of road tax as the dealer managed all of these as part of the sales, when other dealers told me I had to renew the tax before I sell. Jasmine is highly customer oriented and I am a very pleased customer. Thank you for answering all my incessant questions, all the while being very patient. A highly recommended agent for those who need to sell their cars.
