Sharon was very patient in explaining the different types of insurance and its respective coverage as currently i am in the midst of changing the vehicle scheme from private hire(self drive) to passenger vehicle. I had bombarded her with a lot of questions from area of coverage to additional driver to helpline for 24/7 roadside service.
