Quick and easy to renew my car insurance. The agent who assisted me was very responsive, answered all my questions professionally. I had a few accidents in the past, which previous insurers had already deemed to be no fault of mine, competing insurance companies gave me a hard time trying to get renewal rates from them even though I had explained that no of the accidents were attributed to me, as evidenced by my fitfty percent NCD. Rates are competitive.

First timer scrapping my vehicle, not sure with all the procedures but after contacting Motorist sg n liase with Ms Huimin, she schedule the takeover and make everything so simple. But need to take note on the main head lighting condition cuz it will cost deduction to the scrap value. Overall thumbs up.
