Jezelle was super responsive n efficient and always on point with communications from start to end. I have sold my previous numerous cars many times on other platforms but this accidental experience with Motorist was a total game changer ! ( accidental because I was suppose to visit my usual used car platform office at AML for them to take pics n post on their portal to sell my car ,only to arrive there n realised they have moved ! So I went on google to search their business contact number to enquire their new office but by a twist of fate ,I pressed the number that was MOTORIST'S instead of Sxxxxmart! And bam! One thing lead to another by Jezelle and an offer was made n my deal was closed in less than 24 hours ( including viewing n signing the contract) without even posting or need to entertain any enquiry calls at all .... yeah .... my car pics never got posted n was sold ! Everything went so smoothly n I just handed my car over to the dealers office today . The reception and the admin manager were very professional ,polite and sure knows her work . Everything was explained, transacted n money was transfered to me, all these in about 10 minutes and I was free to leave . A super good experiencs in all my years of selling my cars . Great job everyone at MOTORIST . I will surely recommend to my contacts. In fact , I already did!
