I was doing a Google search for my vehicle that was up for scrap on the 30th Nov, I found motorist.sg (25th Oct) and decided to give it a try and was fortunate enough to get Elaine as liaison. She was very quick in engaging me, and game me the full process, and even went beyond her scope with the follow up with me. Her service was excellent, and patient enough to provide the full process. She was also swift to provide any questions I had. The main reason I went with motorist.sg was due to her customer service. In light of this. I do hope that motorist.sg highlights her service, and internally acknowledges her. She even followed up post-transaction to make sure everything was okay.
