Didn't get a satisfactory quote for the first time, but Zhengjun actually followed up again in the following month and got a much higher quote in the second time round. The deal almost fell through because I got a higher quote the at the last minute but Zhengjun was patient and helped to negotiate for a higher price so kudos to her. Process was smooth and Zhengjun was polite throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!
