First of all great thanks to your motorist staff Ms Shafiah for her capabilities & friendly customer service. For the dealer, 1st mtg 23 Apr was told don't worry nor read but just sign sales/purchase agreement form and take their $1000 deposit whereby I may withdraw selling before 2 May. After that hard to contact the dealer and was surprised 29 Apr then receive from them my car Hp full settlement on 10 May. Query him why take so long to no avail. On 3 May I have to pay him $111 as he said $100 for motorist and Bal is for paperwork.
