Very efficient! Staff whom I dealt with knowledgeable with the car sales market. He tried hard to understand my thoughts, discussed rationale for certain price i desired and follow up with my request. A dealer called me within a week. Decided to sell my car before my long holiday in July, but too short to start the process. After back from holiday, called a few dealers but responses too slow, friend recommend to try Motorist. Eventually upload the info to the mobile apps and very soon the apps notified me on the progress, after a few days, they offer me a quote for consideration,. Without much hesitation, decided to go ahead with the deal. The dealer come to inspect my car on one Sunday and close the deal on Thursday with a cheque, everything's were so fast and prompt. This is my first experience of car selling with a 3rd party, the experience was great and satisfied. Highly recommended for anyone who are looking to sell their car, you will not disappointed with their service level.
