She had the documents ready for me and most importantly patience when i had difficulty with my credit card transaction and i had to make a call to the bank to settle the issue. She was calm and accommodating during that situation which made me relax and calm. She was efficient and fast cos my COE was renewed within 2 hrs. Keep up the good work.Well recommended.
