This is my 2nd year of connection with Emir. He has been very prompt and thorough in my requests. All WhatsApp messages has been replied promptly. Even though I did not manage to reply to him promptly due to my tight work load, he was patiently enough to wait and reply me back once I request for a revised quote. He promptly revert and I was given a better quote with discount. In the end, I settled with NTUC and get him to be my agent for the payment to NTUC INCOME.
