The experience was seamless. All I had to do was request for the quotation and the assigned agent, Renee, provided me a quote about 2 days later. The SMS helped to notify me when the quotation was ready as I was also rushing to renew my insurance due to expiring road tax. The received quote was cheaper than if I had renew with my current insurer. Hence it was useful and would definitely do it again next year when my insurance is due.
