Dear Sirs, i write with regard to my pleasant experience in being served by Ms Renee. I was scouting for car insurance renewal and I was assisted promptly by Renee. Renee dropped me a quote really quickly and followed up with me a few days later as I was busy at work and didn't have time to reply. She was able to answer my queries in relation to changing the quotation from "authorized workshop" to "any workshop" and to sum it up, the rates were reasonable and competitive.
