The service from Motorist.sg was good. I was initially unsure of what to expect, however, upon submitting details, a prompt follow up callback to me was made and the service agent enquired more about my car to make the description as accurate as possible. A quote was provided to me really quickly as well. While I was hoping to get a higher sum for it, following my own research and going around dealers checking the price they are willing to take, I would say that the quote received was "thereabouts". The subsequent transaction process was fuss free. Throughout the dealings, the motorist.sg agent would also call me to double check on the agreements that I had with the dealer to ensure that everything was in order. That helped me feel that the deal is being looked out for. All in all a good experience.
