my car's COE is going to expire at the end of February 2019, I submit my request on Friday 25 January, on the Saturday afternoon,a lady from motorist called me , her name is Huimin, she told me she found a buyer for me, she ask me to arrange a date and time for her buyer to view the car, so I told her to view the car at 10am to 12 noon on Sunday 27/1/2019. 2 hours later she called me and ask me can we meet and view the car at 3pm on Sunday, i agreed with her. after a short while I received an SMS from her, the viewing was confirmed. Even in the week end, she work in a very efficiency way, and the sale was done in the same day . Thank you Huimin.

I was thinking of scrapping my Altis (for a new car) or to renew the COE, and was just tinkering on Motorist online without completing all the details. Elaine managed to contact me & sought permission to proceed & I thought why not. The 1st offer was too good to be true as the 2nd hand dealer seemed to be pulling a fast one by nit-picking (goodness after all this was a 10 year old car but everything was still running well with regular maintenance, one lady owner with only 90k on the odometer). When I contacted Elaine about the situation, she helped to arrange for the next bidder & this proceeded smoothly & more pleasantly thereafter. Glad that Elaine was patient & available in the transaction and the outcome was indeed far better with almost $4k more vs scrapping.
