My first contact with Motorist.sg was July 2016 on the quotation of scraping my car. As there was still 10 months to go before the COE expiry, I request them to follow up with me in April 2017. In early April, a lady with the name of Joanna called me to follow up with the transaction as they promised. The service from Joanna was excellent, she set up the viewing appointment in no time abd arranged the representative who would come directly to my home to view the car on the following day. That saved the hassle for me to bring the car to the agent for viewing. To my pleasant surprise, viewing processes took less than 10 minutes and the transation was concluded with cash deposit received. The are also flexible to allow me in handing over the car in 3 weeks time. I am totally satisfied the experience with Motorist.sg specially with Joanna's professionalism service.
