I just recently scrapped my car and I only contacted motorist.sg two days before, and my agent was Jasmine. She got back to my enquiry very quickly, was very informative to someone like me who didn’t have prior car-scrapping experience and gave me advices, at which point other companies’ agents couldn’t even get me a quotation swiftly. Jasmine also asked if I could wait another day as she bothered helping me find dealer could give me higher returns. She also arranged for dealer to head to my workplace to take a look at my car in the day, then to collect my car at night at my place as I hadn’t unloaded my belongings. Excellent experience overall! Would definitely recommend Jasmine to my contacts.
