I was checking with Jasmine for the scrap value for my car for comparison purpose as another major company with a big online presence offered me a super low ball amount just a bit above my paper value despite their promising adverts of being able to secure very good prices for sellers. Fortunately for me, Jasmine went beyond my request and checked also the best resale value she could find.
