Motorist Pte. Ltd.'s two staff, Joanna and Xinyi assisted me in the selling of my car. They exhibited patience, empathetic and indulgence in their service delivery to explore means maximising the sale proceeds realistically; and explained the reason why they believed that was the optimum point for the sale. The dealer in attending to the car review and explaining the procedures leading to the delivery was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The viewing was on the 3rd of January, delivery was on the 10th and the transfer was completed on the 18th of January 2018. The entire process took two weeks.
