Very efficient service. I submitted my car particulars online to Motorist.sg on Sunday at about 11.40 am. I received WhatsApp and telephone reply from Mel at 11.43 am assuring me that they have received application to get the highest offer for my car which is due for scrap on 30 Nov 2022. Next day at 14.45 pm, Jun called to inform me the highest offer price, and asked whether agreeable to me. Upon acceptance, the dealer who bids for my car will whatsapp to confirm the deal. Immediately the dealer paid me in full using PayNow without viewing my car. Then I transferred ownership to the dealer using OneMotoring App. After that I asked my insurance agent to terminate my car insurance and claimed refund for insurance premium. The dealer will come to collect my car on the Tuesday at 11am. Very easy and very assuring. This is quality service. Very happy.
