I would deeply like to thank Fai for helping me with the renewal of COE. During this Circuit Breaker period other company couldn't help me out with the renewal. I did tried a few others but was stuck somehow. Fai gave me assurance, i was reluctant at first. Everything went smooth, Fai kept me updated on my COE renewal. It was all done with no hassle. Was happy with the service and pleased that the staff I was dealing with was not pushy but just helpful and accept my requests for time. This is different from another service provider that I was dealing with, at the same time. He was pushy and does not give me space. So, yeah I like the service I receive from Motorists.sg.
