Thanks Elaine for all the help and for being accommodating in my requests. I managed to secure a reasonable price for my trade in car for the body when others have said it was not possible. Elaine was prompt in her replies to my queries and patient in addressing my concerns. Dealer was also flexible in allowing me to directly de-register and claim both the Parf/COE rebate and road tax.
