She got back to my enquiry very quickly, was very informative to someone like me who didn’t have prior car-scrapping experience and gave me advices, at which point other companies’ agents couldn’t even get me a quotation swiftly. Jasmine also asked if I could wait another day as she bothered helping me find dealer could give me higher returns. She also arranged for dealer to head to my workplace to take a look at my car in the day, then to collect my car at night at my place as I hadn’t unloaded my belongings. Excellent experience overall!
