Received quotation from Elaine 2-3 days after submitted the online request. It was on the high side of the multiple quotations I received. Elaine explained in details the procedure as I was a first time seller, and also helped arrange the highest bidder to come down to my place for inspection. The bidder was patient enough to cater for my request to delay a week for handover because my new ride is not ready. Eventually settled everything at bidder's office in less than 10 mins.
