Mel responsed quick and efficiently when I submitted my request. Huimin, my dedicated consultant is very helpful. She help me find the best offered price. Though the final offer was not the initially agreed price over the phone. However, they still gave a higher price than other dealers, They agreed to allow me to drive for another two weeks and will collect my car from my carpark. It is really hassle-free and collect full payment immediately when I hand over the car. LTA takes about two months to send cheque to you. Thank you Huimin.

Elaine was recommended to me by a colleague of mine who dealt with her about a year ago. He told me that she was very prompt and professional in all their dealings. I was not disappointed. In fact i was very surprised with her cheerful disposition during our interactions over Whatsapp. She answered all my queries very patiently. If i was a nuisance to her at anytime, she certainly hid it very well professionally. I am not sure how long she has been working for MotoristSG, but she has shown great passion and drive in what she is doing. She is a huge asset to anyone she works with. The dealer too has a wonderful and joyful personality. In the short span of time we had communicating, i was very comfortable talking to him about cars. He didn't show that he needed to rush off after inspecting the car but instead took time to explain to me the procedures of transferring the ownership of my car. And this was done under the hot sun too! With two wonderful employees like Elaine and the dealer, i doubt MotoristSG will have any problems gaining new clients.
