Elaine was recommended to me by a colleague of mine who dealt with her about a year ago. He told me that she was very prompt and professional in all their dealings. I was not disappointed. In fact i was very surprised with her cheerful disposition during our interactions over Whatsapp. She answered all my queries very patiently. If i was a nuisance to her at anytime, she certainly hid it very well professionally. I am not sure how long she has been working for MotoristSG, but she has shown great passion and drive in what she is doing. She is a huge asset to anyone she works with. The dealer too has a wonderful and joyful personality. In the short span of time we had communicating, i was very comfortable talking to him about cars. He didn't show that he needed to rush off after inspecting the car but instead took time to explain to me the procedures of transferring the ownership of my car. And this was done under the hot sun too! With two wonderful employees like Elaine and the dealer, i doubt MotoristSG will have any problems gaining new clients.

Good service & willing to change meet up location at last minute notice. Although I was a little disappointed that they took in my car for $1000 lesser amt as was discussed over the phone. However, they still gave a higher price than other dealers. The dealer is a nice & friendly chap too.
