I’ve been driving this car for over half a year. There are a few issues that I have encountered while driving which would make me reconsider recommending to others.
The drive itself is nice and comfortable, however, the stock soundproofing is, in my opinion, inadequate as you can pretty much hear everyone around you. I had to get my own soundproofing done and at the same time, upgrade their speaker system.
The main gripe I have is the poor after sales support, where repairs and parts can take weeks if not months to arrive. There have been multiple instances among owners where the wiper motor or DC charging parts takes awhile to get replaced.
The recent change in service staff also did not help, the newer staffs felt as though they were forced to give standard answers and not able to exercise flexibility in solving issues.
What I Like
Nice to drive, has ample ‘premium’ feature.
What I Dislike
Stock tyres, soundproof and sound system is lacking.
Poor after sales support.
