Administration Officer

We are looking for a candidate with a high level of attention to details, ability to multi-task and well organised. You will be a crucial member of the team by providing administrative support to ensure seamless and efficient day-to-day operations. The position will be supporting Singapore’s office team in Insurance department as well.

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical duties and provide administrative support
  • Perform date entry and maintain proper document filing system
  • Run errands such as banking, mailing, purchasing of items and deliverance of documents
  • Manage inbound calls, online enquires and emails
  • Assisting in Singapore’s Insurance team in getting quotes from various company
  • Ensures proper documentation
  • Providing accurate data transmission to other party
  • Assist IT department in Application Testing
  • Explore and research new technologies and methods in testing
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Good at Word & Excel skills.
  • Possess well written and spoken English
  • Possess good communication and soft skills
  • Organised and meticulous with details
  • Proactive, efficient and able to multi-task
  • Responsible and keen learning attitude
  • Able to work independently and under high pressure
  • General IT knowledge in testing web and mobile application
  • Prior administrative experience is preferred

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor's degree
