My VEP activation was rejected because the color of my car doesn't match the registered color. My car is currently wrapped with a different color. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I resolve it? Thanks.
Hi Opi Arjuna! To resolve this issue, we recommend sending a screenshot of the "Rejection Status" page, along with your NRIC and car plate number, to [email protected]. The VEP team should be able to assist you further.
