I got a neighbor who keeps on parking his Handicap PMD in front of the lift lobby, obstruction the lift lobby walk way and his not a Handicap person how can he use the Handicap PMD? We not sure his PMD is it approved by LTA a not and sometimes I saw him charging and never take care of the charging. Hope LTA or SPF Officer can come up inspection on the PMD, we don't want to have any issues or problems to the neighborhood.
