You can transfer your season parking when there is a permanent change of Car park group or Vehicle. If you opt to transfer your season parking permanently or temporarily through HDB’s eService, log in through here: https://services2.hdb.gov.sg/webapp/SX05AWSPCP/SX05PSPCPLogin.jsp
