Hi John,
If your car is still under financing, first, you will have to clear off the loan before you can do the transfer.
If your car is loan-free, you can simply go to onemotoring via singpass and apply to transfer. There will be 1 more transfer count, $25 transfer fee.
If your car is a PHV unit, there is a $100 conversion fee.
